**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing installations, connecting customers to our full fibre network, resolving any issues, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with 'on the day' issues that would otherwise prevent successful completion of first-time installations.
  • Complete complex or non-standard installations from site survey through to successful conclusion for both residential and business customers.
  • Resolve service incidents/escalations to a successful outcome in a professional and timely manner.
  • Participate in an on-call rota to provide industry-leading emergency response for network or customer issues.

**Requirements**

  • NRSWA O1
  • Openreach PIA S007 Sub-Duct and Cable Installation
  • SA001 Overhead Safety and SA002 Underground Safety or SA006 Safe Working in Civils

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • NRSWA LA
  • SA020 MDU Installations and SA022 Track and Locate underground Services
  • Health and Safety; EFAC, EUSR, Abrasive, IPAF, and TETRA
