Job Summary
The Warehouse Operator role plays a critical part in our business, and you will be joining a team where Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement are fundamental ethos and culture. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Handling and processing customer goods in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensuring strict adherence to Site GMP Quality Standards.
- Assisting in non-conformance and root cause analysis investigations and reporting.
- Recording all damage and reporting using site procedures.
- Reading Dosimetry and loading/unloading customer product from trailers using a forklift truck.
- Loading and unloading totes (Auto Plant).
- Assisting in updating Plant SQDC boards and attending daily PIT meetings.
- Identifying, verifying, and labeling customer product and placing the correct dosimeters/BIs as defined in standard operating procedures.
- Processing all customer product in line with processing parameters and any special instructions.
- Assisting in the handover ensuring all relevant records and standards are adhered to.
- Continuously improving Site 5S Standards throughout the duration of the shift.
- Assisting in regular planned 5s Audits and action follow-up.
- Cleaning areas to specified standards at the end of each shift and completing cleaning register daily.
- Performing secondary duties as per site internal procedures.
- Counting and recording consumable stock daily and highlighting to site management when re-order point levels have been reached.
