We are seeking a highly skilled Static Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of a large commercial office space in Reading. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building services, including HVAC, M&E, and other related systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise external sub-contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of reactive and pre-planned maintenance works.
- Liaise with clients to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and other compliance documents.
- Competitive salary of £45,000.
- Static role with a regular Monday to Friday schedule.
- Optional overtime opportunities.
- 25 days paid holiday (33 including Bank Holidays).
