Required Skills and Attributes:
A critical aspect of this role involves delivering trustee secretarial and governance services to our clients. Success in this position requires prior experience in providing trustee secretarial and scheme management services for trust-based pension schemes, including:
- Coordinating trustee meetings, preparing agendas, assembling meeting materials, and managing action items
- Familiarity with trustee documentation such as event calendars, conflict registers, risk assessments, and training logs
- Interacting with regulatory bodies and third-party service providers
Experience in the following areas would be advantageous:
- Serving as a designated Trustee Secretary
- Participating in trustee meetings and presenting relevant topics
- Drafting high-quality minutes for trustee meetings
- Creating communications and delivering presentations
- Supporting trustee sub-committees
- Overseeing member-nominated trustee processes
- Managing audit procedures
- Monitoring financial documents and budgets

- A passionate individual with relevant experience, comfortable working independently and collaboratively
