Job Summary

LIDS is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Supervisor to join our team. As a Part Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and upholding the LIDS brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, utilizing LIDS selling 101 to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Focus on sales and customization, prioritizing customer needs and offering great brand and product knowledge.
  • Resolve customer complaints and meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a professional appearance consistent with Company Dress Code Policy.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, upholding the LIDS image through visual merchandising, housekeeping, and stock replenishment.
  • Protect Company assets, participate in managing store inventory, and support accurate product counts.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or sales experience is desirable, but a passion for customer service and a drive to continuously learn and develop in regard to product knowledge is essential.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and welcoming approach.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours to cover sickness, holiday, or during peak periods.
  • Methodical, thorough, with great attention to detail, and excellent numeracy skills with the ability to operate till/EPOS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg, climb a ladder, and work with hands overhead.
  • Ability to read and operate a computer, and stand for up to 100% of the time.
