Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our UK Construction team. As a key member of our bid team, you will play a critical role in developing high-impact responses to public sector frameworks, working closely with bid managers, directors, and operational specialists to create compelling content that meets our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the bid team to develop winning bid strategies and content
  • Write high-quality, engaging responses to public sector framework questions
  • Dissect questions and produce answer plans to maximize relevant information
  • Manage key regional bid team relationships and share information with the central team
  • Provide writing support on key target gold bids, particularly on executive summaries
Requirements
  • Proven track record in bid writing, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector
  • Excellent writing and research skills, with the ability to create engaging content
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Basic Adobe InDesign/InCopy skills would be beneficial
