Job Summary

Bespoke Build Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and renewal. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage contracts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  2. Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment on contract terms.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers & subcontractors to facilitate smooth contract execution.
  4. Utilise project management techniques to drive contract-related initiatives forward.
  5. Prepare reports on contract performance and compliance for senior management review.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members regarding contract management best practices.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in contract management or a related field.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  3. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Outlook.
  5. Strong IT skills, with the ability to utilise technology for efficient contract management processes.
  6. Exceptional organisational skills, ensuring that all documentation is maintained accurately and systematically.
  7. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders.
