About the Role
As a Water Treatment Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering contractual obligations, consultancy, and audits for water treatment services. You will work on profitably growing our existing customer base by developing and quoting for upgrade sales and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill contractual water treatment obligations, ensuring legal responsibilities are met.
- Provide a consultancy service focusing on the management of water and steam quality to improve efficiency, comply with legislation, reduce energy consumption, lower maintenance costs, and reduce plant downtime.
- Follow up pre-qualified leads and seek opportunities for up-selling, passing pre-qualified leads to colleagues as appropriate.
Work Environment
You will be working for Systems adi Group Ltd, a well-established company in the water treatment industry. You will be part of a team that values customer service, communication, and stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Experience working for a well-established Water Treatment/Legionella company in a hands-on Service Chemist/Account Manager position is a must.
- Knowledge of Testing and Legionella is essential.
- Great customer service skills and communication.
- Great stakeholder manager experience.
- Account Management experience is desired but not essential.
