About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Fortus Recruitment Group. As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing property maintenance services to our clients in the North West, Hertfordshire, and London areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out property maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance of buildings and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require manual labor
