The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst - Financial Services to join our team. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance function, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our financial services and mitigating risks associated with Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Fraud, Sanctions, and other Financial Crime risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD): Conduct thorough CDD checks, including Simplified and Enhanced Due Diligence, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • AML and Adverse Media Screening: Perform AML and adverse media screening to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ownership Structure Reviews: Conduct reviews of ownership structures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify potential risks.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Policy Reviews and Compliance Audits: Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct compliance audits to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial crime risks and regulatory requirements.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial crime risks, regulatory requirements, and compliance procedures.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
