Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Job Summary:

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our outdoor retail store in a busy tourist location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
