Job Description

**Job Title:** Certification Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Manager to join our team at Morson Talent. As a Certification Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are designed, executed, and commissioned in accordance with applicable certification schemes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • **Project Certification:** Ensure that the project is designed, executed, and commissioned in accordance with applicable certification schemes.
  • **Communication and Coordination:** Serve as the primary point of contact between the project certifier and project packages, facilitating communication and coordination.
  • **Guidance and Support:** Provide guidance and support to project packages to ensure correct understanding and application of certification schemes and identification of deliverables needed to fulfill certification schemes.
  • **Risk Management:** Proactively identify risks of non-compliance with standards and work with project packages to develop mitigation measures.
  • **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvement within the certification process and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • **Documentation and Version Control:** Ensure that the project certification process follows the project document management procedure, including proper documentation and version control.
  • **Lessons Learnt:** Ensure that appropriate lessons learnt from the certification process are derived and captured.
Key Requirements:
  • **Minimum 5 Years of Experience:** Minimum relevant experience of 5 years in engineering design and delivery of offshore windfarms, project and contract management, and project certification scope.
  • **Engineering Discipline:** Educated to Degree level in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • **Language Skills:** Fluent in English.
  • **IT Literacy:** IT literate with the ability to operate MS Office systems and other IT-based project management software.
