Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand freelance needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent in medical translation, writing, and copywriting.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
