We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Assistant to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Assistant to take on increasing responsibility and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. You will work closely with our experienced accountants to provide a range of services, including year-end accounts preparation, corporate tax, and wider financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and corporate tax returns
- Provide support with bookkeeping, VAT, and other financial services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Contribute to the growth and success of our firm through innovative ideas and solutions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. You will also need to be AAT qualified or studying towards this qualification, or have equivalent experience. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
