Electrical Compliance Manager

Reckitt Benckiser LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Compliance Manager to lead and take responsibility for Electrical Engineering across the Nottingham Supply Site.
About the RoleAs the Electrical Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the electrical engineering team, ensuring compliance with electrical standards and regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of electrical training programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to site electrical trained engineers and system engineers.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to electrical systems in accordance with the Electricity at Work Act 1989, Reckitt Global Health & Safety Electrical Standards, and Global Engineering Electrical Standards.
- Update and maintain internal site electrical standards and electrical elements of the URS, ensuring compliance.
- Lead DSEAR Complex assessment, action planning, and strategy for the site, working closely with cross-functional leads.
- Take the lead on FM Global Electrical Assessment reviews, findings, and corrective actions.
- Demonstrable experience in the management and leadership of engineering or maintenance staff.
- Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging operations, and factory services equipment and facilities.
- Knowledge and experience of electrical systems and distribution on a large factory scale.
- Knowledge and experience of utilities equipment and energy management strategies.
- Good IT skills, including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and planning software.
- Strong commercial experience, including budgetary control, procurement, financial systems, legal, contracts, and supplier relationship management.
- Time served and ideally have a HNC/HND in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- IOSH Electrical Safety.
- IEMA – Certification on Environmental Management.
