Job Title: Electrical Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for electrically and mechanically assembling Galley products and electrical sub-assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams to assemble products
  • Test products to ensure they meet customer and company requirements
  • Fault find and repair products to customer and company specifications
  • Assemble major riveted structures and mechanical assemblies
  • Strip down and repair customer returned products
  • Read engineering drawings to assemble products to quality requirements
  • Carry out duties in a proper and efficient manner, adhering to company rules and regulations
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and support other team members as needed
  • Contribute to a safe working environment and observe published Health and Safety procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to use hand tools, including rivet pliers/gun
  • Ability to read engineering and wiring diagrams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable Qualifications:
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above
  • Apprenticeship served
  • Assembly experience
  • Experience in electrical assemblies

Hours of Work: 39 Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 – 17:00 (30 minutes lunch)

Friday: 8:00 – 13:00 (no lunch)

Salary: £14.61 per hour
