About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team. As an Electrical Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing commercial buildings throughout zones 1 and 2 of London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis on electrical and mechanical services, plant, and systems.
  • Perform fault finding and plant adjustments, inspect electrical/mechanical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks as per contract specifications.
  • Carry out multi-skilled duties, including re-lamping luminaires, fault finding in electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, AHUs, and cleaning foul water systems, drains, and more.
  • Conduct reactive and extra work requirements in line with engineering standards and HASAWA legislation.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Policies and statutory obligations.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of daily work sheets and maintenance records.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours rota.
Requirements
  • Electrical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications.
