Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our seasonal packing operations. As a Warehouse Packing Operative, you will be responsible for manually packing dairy products, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack dairy products into boxes, adhering to quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure products meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Operate equipment and processes effectively, meeting production targets.
  • Replenish materials as needed and support training of colleagues on job-related tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food production or packing environment is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, motivated, and able to work independently with good timekeeping.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to operational excellence objectives.
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Understanding of the impact of own actions on achieving site/business objectives.
