Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House and Back of House teams as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring that all dishes are presented attractively and are of high quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-food or hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
