About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate/Brand Specialist to join our team at Tom Ford Menswear in Harrods. As a Sales Associate/Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, and driving sales growth in the men's department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored service and exceeding their expectations.
  • Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product launches, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Deal with client issues in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
About You

We are looking for a consummate professional with 3-5 years' experience in the luxury retail industry. You will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a natural ability to engage with clients, and excellent communication skills. As a Brand Specialist, you will have the ability to convert walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desirability around our products and building relationships with clients.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in the luxury retail industry.
  • Experience in tailoring and MTM.
  • Well-groomed and formal aesthetic.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamworking skills.
  • Strong motivation and target-focused.
