Tripod Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to lead our Children & Families teams in Gloucestershire. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of social workers to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a team plan in line with Children's Services strategic objectives
  • Provide management oversight on all cases with a clear understanding of risk
  • Manage the team's workflow and quality assure work through observations, reflective supervision, and GCC's quality assurance framework
  • Contribute towards the development of the framework itself
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues within the service and partner agencies

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • A full driving licence and willingness to drive

What We Offer:

  • Up to £51,500 per annum
  • £5,000 welcome bonus
  • £8,000 relocation package
  • Hybrid working opportunities (2-3 days in the office)
