Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Building Surveyors in the delivery of building surveying services, including surveys, dilapidation advice, party wall advice, and construction projects for new builds, renovations, and maintenance works.
  • Assist Building Surveyors with the preparation of feasibility studies, cost plans, submissions for planning and building regulation approvals, and tender documentation.
  • Undertake surveys, including condition surveys, DDA, Fire Risk Assessments, Schedules of Condition, and Acquisition Surveys.
  • Prepare reports for customers and undertake party wall surveyor duties.
  • Provide dilapidations advice and deliver dilapidations assessments, negotiating with other parties.
  • Undertake quality monitoring roles of major construction projects.
  • Successfully complete the Gleeds internal APC preparation programme and self-development training in readiness for attaining Chartered status (RICS).

Requirements:

  • You would have graduated or will be receiving your degree qualification before August 2025.
  • Good ICT skills, with an elevated level of ability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
