Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing qualification testing on products, including vibration and various mechanical tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute qualification testing plans to ensure product reliability and performance
  • Conduct vibration and mechanical tests to evaluate product durability and stability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product design and manufacturing issues
  • Develop and maintain testing protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Provide technical expertise and support to internal stakeholders to ensure successful product launches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in research and development engineering
  • Proven track record of successfully leading testing and qualification projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
