Service Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at The Recruitment Solution. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, booking in vehicles and raising job cards
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
  • Authorise work to be carried out and arrange courtesy cars as needed
  • Cost and invoice customers, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work
  • Upsell and promote additional services to customers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a main dealer environment, preferably in a Service Advisor role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of RTC, One Link and Kerridge systems an advantage
