Your Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Hospitality Team Member, you will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your contributions will be central to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality, regardless of your background or prior experience.

Core Duties Include:

  • Delivering warm hospitality and exceptional customer service to all guests and members.
  • Assisting at reception and providing valuable information about the hostel and surrounding area, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and informed.
  • Utilizing our systems for efficient guest check-ins, check-outs, and food & beverage transactions.
  • Performing cleaning and housekeeping tasks to maintain a comfortable and tidy environment for all visitors.
  • Supporting food preparation in the kitchen and serving meals and drinks with genuine warmth and hospitality, enhancing the guest experience.
