About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Pavillion Residential and Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed
  • Support the recruitment and training of new care staff
