Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our team at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital. As a Radiographer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues to ensure their professional development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and techniques to ensure the delivery of best-in-class patient care.

Requirements:

  • High levels of technical knowledge and expertise in diagnostic radiography.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Postgraduate qualification in diagnostic radiography or equivalent.
