Job Summary:

Hoop Recruitment LTD is thrilled to be partnering with a highly renowned and inclusive organisation based in the UK, who are on the lookout for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000, along with flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with directors, leaders, and managers across the business to drive strategic initiatives and improve employee relations.
  • Influence and lead on people-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement.
  • Play a pivotal role in aligning and driving the people strategy forward, ensuring it is aligned with the organisation's overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR best practices, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Support managers through complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and coaching to ensure effective resolution.
  • Maintain and implement people policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with business leaders to deliver key annual people activities, such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Embed the business partner model across the organisation, ensuring a culture of collaboration and partnership.
