Gold Care Homes est un groupe de maisons de soins indépendant bien établi, dédié à l'accompagnement des personnes âgées, comptant environ 2 500 employés répartis sur 34 établissements. Nous recherchons actuellement un Assistant en Revenus et Affaires Juridiques pour un contrat à durée déterminée de 12 mois. Ce poste implique de fournir un soutien administratif et de secrétariat complet aux départements de gestion des revenus et juridique, en aidant à la collecte des revenus et à la préparation des rapports financiers, ainsi qu'en soutenant la documentation légale, la conformité et diverses tâches administratives.
Responsabilités du poste :
Aider à la préparation et au traitement des factures et des rapports de revenus. Surveiller les comptes clients et relancer les paiements en souffrance. Participer à la préparation des états financiers et des rapports budgétaires. Maintenir et mettre à jour les systèmes de suivi des revenus et les bases de données. Aider à la préparation, à la révision et à la gestion des documents et contrats juridiques. Tenir des dossiers précis des fichiers juridiques et de la correspondance. Effectuer des recherches juridiques et compiler des données selon les besoins. Soutenir les exigences de conformité et réglementaires en maintenant des dossiers à jour et en veillant au respect des normes légales. Gérer les calendriers, planifier des réunions et coordonner des rendez-vous pour les départements des revenus et juridiques. Traiter la correspondance, les appels téléphoniques et les demandes par e-mail. Préparer des rapports, des présentations et d'autres documents selon les besoins. Maintenir les fournitures de bureau et gérer la logistique du département. Collaborer avec les départements internes et les partenaires externes concernant les questions financières et juridiques. Fournir un soutien lors des audits et des examens internes. Coordonner avec d'autres membres du personnel administratif pour assurer un fonctionnement harmonieux du bureau. Veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise et des exigences légales pertinentes. Aider à la préparation de rapports et de présentations pour la direction. Soutenir les audits internes et aider à la mise en œuvre des recommandations d'audit. Contribuer à la gestion des contrats, y compris avec le NHS, en complétant les appels d'offres et les contrats au nom des établissements / entités juridiques / groupe. Exécuter d'autres tâches connexes et projets spéciaux assignés par le Responsable des Revenus et le Conseiller Juridique.Qualifications requises :
Diplôme d'associé en administration des affaires, finance, droit ou domaine connexe ; un diplôme de baccalauréat est préférable.Expérience :
Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle administratif ou d'assistant similaire. Une expérience en finance, comptabilité ou soutien juridique est fortement souhaitable.Compétences :
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale. Attention aux détails et précision dans la saisie de données et la préparation de documents. Capacité à gérer des informations confidentielles avec discrétion. Une connaissance des logiciels financiers et des outils de recherche juridique est un atout.Avantages :
