We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at Remarkable Jobs. As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional homecare services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with our business development team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our services.
- Support the day-to-day operations of our office and provide administrative assistance as needed.
- Ensure the efficient delivery of care services, including rotational on-call duties (1 weekend in 6).
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a care setting, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in domiciliary care.
- Knowledge of CQC and KLOE regulations.
- Possession of a full UK driver's license.
