About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Practice Plus Group, a leading provider of healthcare services to secure environments. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, and high-quality prison pharmaceutical service, taking into consideration the need to maintain a high level of security.
  • Work within the healthcare department and hold direct patient contact, which will be part of a comprehensive healthcare package based on the prison's needs.
  • Promote safe patient care and develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
Requirements
  • Hold NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications and have current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience working within a pharmacy environment and multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to work within a busy environment and ability to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures.
