About the Role: We are collaborating with a Local Authority client that is currently experiencing an internal transformation and is seeking to enhance their Housing Digital Systems team with permanent positions. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned leader to contribute significantly to the team and oversee the NEC Housing System's development and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate substantial experience in managing digital systems within a housing context, particularly with a robust background in NEC Housing system development and support.
  • Exhibit outstanding leadership, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects and effectively lead a team.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of NEC Housing modules, data structures, and national data frameworks, along with a comprehensive understanding of GDPR and security management.
  • Adopt a strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, capable of fostering collaboration and driving change.
