About Us:

We take pride in our high standards of service and are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Scheduler to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule outstanding work for various trades, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Diary Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of scheduled work, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and delivery of maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a building management maintenance company, council, or housing association environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of scheduling work, diary management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
