The Role

As an Electrical Compliance Supervisor, you will be instrumental in upholding the company's reputation for quality and adherence to regulations.

Your responsibilities will include supervising the inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations, ensuring that all work complies with the rigorous NICEIC standards.

This position is primarily office-based, with opportunities to provide field support, offering technical guidance to engineers and contributing to their ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as an additional QS under our NICEIC registration
• Verify and electronically document all electricians' inspection and testing results, ensuring precise certification for clients
• Conduct post-inspection evaluations to guarantee compliance and quality, reporting findings to the Divisional Manager
• Offer technical assistance and advice to field engineers
• Aid in the preparation for annual NICEIC inspections and compile necessary documentation
• Deliver toolbox talks and training sessions to engineers
• Support senior management with contract administration and compliance
• Participate in the development and performance evaluations of engineers and apprenticesWhat We Offer

• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 standard
• City and Guilds 2391 in Testing and Inspection
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Proven experience with domestic installations and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
• Strong diagnostic skills in LV circuits
• Experience in social housing compliance is highly desirable
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
