Job Title: Principal Process Integration Engineer

Nexperia, a leading semiconductor company, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Process Integration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our process development team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new process technologies for 200mm and 300mm platforms, collaborating with third-party vendors and fabs.
  • Lead major process development or integration tasks, building expertise in product and process integration.
  • Manage projects and sub-projects, overseeing process development and integration tasks on complex projects.
  • Support the qualification of new processes and product developments, including substrate and epi processes.
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize process performance.
  • Present findings and conclusions to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement technical process development procedures and standards.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and support technical crisis management.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, or similar.
  • Proven experience in semiconductor fab process integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Trench MOS at low and high voltage platforms.
  • Thorough understanding of all modules (Mask, etch, PVD, CVD, Diffusion).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
