Forsyth Barnes, a hyper-growth, award-winning company, is seeking an ambitious Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Nottingham. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in driving efficiency, innovation, and growth across our Nottingham office.

About the Role

As our Operations Executive, you will be responsible for a diverse range of projects, including office management, tech support, set up of new hires, automation enhancement, GDPR compliance, and project support. You will work closely with our external suppliers to ensure seamless operations and contribute to exciting company-wide initiatives that propel Forsyth Barnes to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out office management duties, ensuring the office is maintained at a high standard, and beer fridges and refreshments are stocked.
  • Provide tech support, troubleshooting problems, and liaising with external tech providers as needed.
  • Set up new hires and manage leaver processes.
  • Enhance automation processes, working with external parties to improve CRM, lead management, and data compliance.
  • Ensure GDPR guidelines are followed, and all data on our CRM is compliant.
  • Manage shared mailbox requests and support business with lead management and email campaigns.
  • Support customer care with contracts when cover is required.
  • Support project initiatives, including IT moves, automation enhancements, and office expansions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ambitious nature, keen to progress.
  • IT management skills, with the ability to manage external suppliers.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Organized and a problem solver.

Salary: £25k-30k, dependent on experience, plus quarterly bonus.

Location: Nottingham, with 5 days in the office, must be commutable.
