ServiceNow Architect Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join Cognizant's Infrastructure Services Practice as a ServiceNow Architect. Our team provides end-to-end solutions covering architecture, design, implementation, management, and ongoing support across the entire enterprise technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and own ServiceNow technical deliveries
  2. Responsible for creating integration architecture, templates for foundation data, CMDB
  3. Responsible for creating value-adds and accelerators on ServiceNow, implement differentiators for ServiceNow development and support projects
  4. Responsible for creating script-based assignment and approval rules, Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script.
  5. Responsible for creating Glide Record object
  6. Responsible for creating custom related list, Access Control List with the help of Scripting, Script based UI Policy and Client Script.
  7. Responsible for Glide Ajax, Glide Form (g_form), Glide User (g_user), Glide Record, Glide System, Glide Element, Glide Aggregate
  8. Responsible for Querying the table by using Glide Record, Referencing Glide List and Debug script.
  9. Responsible for Creating and customizing UI and pages using Jelly
  10. Able to work with complex Log Files.
  11. Responsible for Render forms, lists, UI Pages, and many other things in Service- with the help of Jelly.
  12. Responsible for Designing of Macros and Formatters.
  13. Responsible for User Administration
  14. Responsible for Web Service Integration
  15. Responsible for User Interface Level Integration
  16. Responsible for MID Server Integration
  17. Responsible for Integration with tools, applications, and systems
  18. Ability to use Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-
Essential Skills:
  1. Experience on ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation
  2. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification
  3. Experience on following ServiceNow modules – Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS
  4. Experience on Mobility, Discovery and Orchestration
  5. Experience on Java scripting
  6. Excellent understanding of ITIL processes
  7. Ability to define and implement best practices
  8. Experience in creating and modifying workflows
  9. Experience in design, development, and deployment in ServiceNow
  10. Experience in documentation and review activities
  11. Experience in complex data migration
  12. Experience in conducting trainings on ServiceNow
  13. Excellent experience on complex ServiceNow integrations
  14. Experience in creating custom applications
  15. Exposure to Project Portfolio Management, SDLC, Financial Management, Demand Management, and Service Watch is preferable
  16. Good understanding of ServiceNow dedicated and shared instances usage and feasibility
  17. Excellent experience in creating customer reports and dashboards
  18. Experience in conducting and documenting due diligence for customer tools, process, and projects
  19. Experience on configuration management – process definition, modeling, and process refinement
  20. CMDB and Discovery troubleshooting
  21. Experience on ServiceNow foundation data management and data modeling
  22. Experience on LDAP integration
  23. Experience in Mobility and related integration
  24. Experience in AngularJS,, and Bootstrap
  25. Experience in Java and related web technologies is preferred
