We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Operations and Maintenance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our medical equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize the maintenance and calibration of medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address equipment-related issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, calibration, and repairs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment and facilities management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in database management and quality systems.
