About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Senior Electrical Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects and installations, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate electrical projects and installations, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Liaise with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and provide technical expertise for site surveys.
  • Oversee and lead electrical installations and deinstallations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Book and manage electrical installations and kit surveys for all projects.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our fleet and expand services, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.
  • Seek continuous improvement in electrical engineering and health and safety practices.
  • Represent our company at FATs/SATs and client meetings, ensuring a professional and positive image.
  • Assist with site installations, cable installations, and other electrical tasks as required.
  • Attend business-specific training as needed to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and committed with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS programs and computer literacy.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of client expectations and the impact of poor quality on business.
  • ECS/CSCS certification.
  • Mechanical and electrical experience is advantageous.
  • Financial awareness and understanding.
