About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Expert Practitioner to join our team at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Spinal Cord Injury network, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and driving improvements in our services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical care and support to patients with spinal cord injuries, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement service improvements, leveraging your expertise to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide education, training, and support, promoting best practices in spinal cord injury care.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines, ensuring they align with the latest evidence-based practices.
Requirements
  • Qualified Nurse, OT, or Physiotherapist with a minimum of 5 years' experience working with spinal cord injury patients.
  • Advanced range of clinical knowledge and skills in spinal cord injury and disability management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to understand and act on complex information, with a high level of attention to detail.
