Main Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care and support to patients with spinal cord injuries, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement service improvements, leveraging your expertise to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide education, training, and support, promoting best practices in spinal cord injury care.
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and guidelines, ensuring they align with the latest evidence-based practices.
- Qualified Nurse, OT, or Physiotherapist with a minimum of 5 years' experience working with spinal cord injury patients.
- Advanced range of clinical knowledge and skills in spinal cord injury and disability management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and act on complex information, with a high level of attention to detail.
