As a Graduate Product Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the product development team throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch. Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team on all stages of product development, from ideation to launch.
  • Ensure that products align with client values and standards, incorporating innovation and customer-centric design.
  • Manage sample processes, adhering to strict development timelines and supporting creative copywriting for packaging and online materials.
  • Conduct thorough market research, maintain showroom standards, and actively collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
  • Communicate effectively with sourcing teams, monitor industry trends, and contribute to product strategy documents.
  • Analyze competitor products, artwork, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Participate in charitable initiatives and community outreach programs, while maintaining accurate documentation for licensors.
  • Coordinate the Toy Line Plan (TLP) in partnership with both the product development and supply chain teams.
