10x Value Partners GmbH is a think tank and investment firm that focuses on value investing across various asset classes, including technology start-ups, real estate, private debt, and special situations.

We are looking for talented executives to co-found the next generation of billion-dollar companies. Our team has a proven track record of creating successful businesses, with 10 companies established in the last 4 years, 50% of which are on track to reach a valuation of over $100 million in the next 6-12 months.

Job Description

We are seeking a Co-Founder and General Manager to join our team at 10x Value Partners GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building an innovative tech company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take co-founder level responsibility for building an innovative tech company
  • Run the business as a general manager with responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets
  • Build, lead, and motivate your own energetic and results-oriented team
  • Identify opportunities and potentials for improvement in an entrepreneurial manner
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners (internal and external)

Requirements

  • You have a strong desire to found a company, but you want to get support for finding the right idea and getting the company off the ground
  • You have an outstanding degree/MBA from a top university
  • You have gained working experience in a top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity, and/or as a senior manager in a successful, venture-backed technology start-up
  • You have a proven track record of personal, academic, and professional achievements
  • You can effectively work in an independent, structured, and goal-oriented manner
  • You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers, and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
  • You are team-oriented and ambitious
  • You are fluent in English
