Job Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team across the busy Black Friday/Christmas period. As a Sales Assistant, you'll provide exceptional customer experiences that are welcoming, genuine, and in line with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive forward sales, KPIs, and company objectives
  • Provide the highest standard of NEOM Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeing
  • Identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our people and planet, fundraise for our partnered charity, through in-store events and/or brand partnerships
  • Lead and champion our community initiatives, providing inspiration and opportunities for volunteering, bettering your store's local community, and ensuring an inclusive environment
Requirements
  • Ability to work well in a team and thrive on pressure
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekend cover and evenings
  • Availability to work weekdays and weekends, with late nights possible
