Job Overview:
Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury fine watches and jewellery boutique in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales consultants, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2 Supervisors and 15-20 sales Consultants.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and achieving all sales targets and KPIs.
- Performance managing, training, and developing the sales team.
- Coaching, leading, and motivating a dedicated sales team.
- Overseeing store operations, administration, and ensuring a high level of store presentation.
- Attending networking events to promote the store and build relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Supervisor or Store Manager in a luxury retail environment.
- Passionate knowledge of luxury watches and fine jewellery.
- Able to demonstrate success in selling and mentoring/coaching a team of 15+ staff.
- Sales driven and determined to succeed.
- Passionate and commercial about people management - lead, motivate, develop, and drive the team to success.
- Positive can-do attitude - able to build positive relationships.
- Articulate with an excellent command of English, both written and spoken, and any additional languages would be desirable but not essential.
- Smart and well-groomed in appearance.
