  • Safety Standards: Maintain stringent health and safety protocols, cultivating a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse and distribution operations.

Key Candidate Requirements:

  • Background in Logistics Distribution & Supply Chain - Essential.
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Operations Manager role - Essential.
  • Experience managing teams of 30+ employees through managerial reports - Essential.
  • Familiarity with WMS / ERP systems - Advantageous.
  • Outstanding people management and leadership capabilities - Essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Essential.
  • Willingness to commute - Essential.
