Senior Management Accountant

Orka Financial is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our team in Reading. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports, while also providing support to colleagues and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of monthly management accounts
- Provide financial analysis and variance analysis
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage the audit process
- Assist with statutory financial statements preparation
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with solid management accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
