About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Producer to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our event production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-end corporate events, from awards ceremonies to product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end technical project management of events
  • Interrogating client briefs from initial enquiry
  • Creating quotes and delivering proposals
  • Budget creation and management
  • Managing production crews and logistics
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Producing plans and designs using Vectorworks
  • Briefing internal teams and overseeing project delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of managing the end-to-end technical delivery of corporate events, with a strong understanding of AV and the ability to take on large scale projects from initial brief all the way to onsite delivery. Experience with both Vectorworks and Current RMS is essential, as well as excellent client facing experience. A full clean UK driving license will also be required.
