Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team at our Hull location. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sell our range of additional products and services to customers, including vehicle rental and car sharing services.
  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements
  • A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face sales skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
