We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour to join our team at London South Bank University.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and researching in the area of Organisational Behaviour, with a focus on developing and delivering high-quality academic programs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Organisational Behaviour.
- Conduct research and knowledge transfer activities in the area of Organisational Behaviour, with a focus on digital transformation and its impact on the curriculum.
- Engage in academic management roles and contribute to the development of the curriculum.
- Contribute to and co-create professional learning communities to enhance the student experience and maximize graduate outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Organisational Behaviour, with a PhD in a relevant field. They will also have experience in teaching and research, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
