Job Purpose:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant/Driver to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll work closely with our UK Sales Team to provide personalized service, maximize sales, and promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm welcomes, informed conversations, and personalized proposals to customers.
  • Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Support our monthly customer contact plan and follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor.
  • Load the van and plan delivery routes.
  • Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Calm under pressure and a collaborative working environment.
